How can I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log in to your personal area and confirm the cancellation of your appointment by clicking on the "Cancel my appointment" button. You can reschedule an appointment later if necessary.

I have not received a code or confirmation via SMS. What can I do?

If you do not receive any SMS messages and you have entered your mobile number correctly in the form, please check your network coverage and test with another mobile number if possible. If you were still unable to complete the registration process, please contact us by telephone on 28 100 1.

My child also needs to be tested, how do I make an appointment with several people?

You can make your appointment online and on the day of your appointment you will present yourself and your child to access the test centre. However, you must make sure you bring your prescriptions with you.

How are my personal data processed?

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (""General Data Protection Regulation"", ""GDPR"").

The information collected through the appointment booking form is for the sole purpose of arranging your appointment for a COVID-19 test and then sending you your test result. The LNS does not carry out any other processing with your data and does not collect any data other than that which you have transmitted to us.

For further information, you can consult our personal data protection policy available at the following address: https://lns.lu/mentions-legales/

How are the test results transmitted?

If the analyses of your COVID-19 sample are negative, you will receive an SMS message to the mobile phone number you specified when you made your appointment. In the event of a positive result, an LNS doctor will contact you personally to inform you of the result on the mobile phone number you provided when you made your appointment.

I am in quarantine. Can I send you the doctor's prescription by e-mail?

Unfortunately, we do not accept prescriptions by e-mail.

Can I make my appointment by phone?

We do not accept appointments by telephone. Please make an appointment via our online platform: rdv.lns.lu

What are the sampling methods?

Samples are mainly taken through the nose. If you have any health concerns in this area, your doctor will have to indicate this on the prescription and we will then proceed with a throat swab.

Can I have my 5-year-old child tested with the rest of the family?

We only accept children from the age of 6 years old. Children under the age of 6 can be cared for by their paediatrician or general practitioner, at one of the Social Medical Centres or in another hospital structure in case of emergency, notably at the Kannerklinik of the CHL.

What should I do if I need my result in an emergency (hospitalisation, ...)?

You can let us know your urgency by sending us a request by email to covid19@lns.etat.lu. We will make sure that you receive your result as soon as possible.
